I have been in this industry now for over a decade and have loved watching the ebbs and flows of the business.  

I was lucky enough to start processing before many mortgage reforms took place which means I've seen it all.  I worked my way up to office manager by the time Frank-Dodd and RESPA made big changes to the industry.  I quickly became the knowledge source for our office to ensure our loans were up to the new standard as quickly as possible.  I did the same when new TRID regulations came out soon after.  I enjoy understanding all the regulations and finding the most efficient ways to put it to use.

There is nothing I love more than helping people understand HOW to get a mortgage. As a first time home buyer many years ago, I remember how frustrating it was searching for a loan, how difficult it was to understand all the paperwork, and how helpless I felt during the process.
